Summer Packets

Dear Parents and Students,

Happy summer vacation! The teachers at Hudson Elementary hope that your summer is full of fun, family time, and relaxation. It is important that students and parents have a much needed break. The teachers also hope that you will find time in your summer vacation to do some reading, writing, math, science, social studies, PE, and music work.

This year the summer work will again be a BINGO board. Each student will receive two summer BINGO boards. Each of the boards has 25 opportunities for the students to use their brains. For each board the students need to choose at least 5 activities to create a BINGO. Each student needs to select 5 in a row (up and down, across, or diagonal) to complete. Once the student gets a BINGO on each board they are finished! Each student should keep all of their completed work in their folder. The students will turn in their entire folder in the fall. Every student who completes the BINGO board will get to go on a very special field trip in the fall. Early in the fall, we will load up all of the kids who used their brain and take them to Greeley for a day of swimming and miniature golf. The summer BINGO boards are due August 24th and we will take our trip on September 4th. It will be a great time to celebrate all of your summer work. We hope that you have a great summer and that all the Hudson Huskies get two BINGO’s!
