Strategic Plan - Graduate Profile - Strategic Snapshot

In Re-3J, our goals are heavily and intentionally aimed at improving our primary responsibility: student achievement and post-secondary readiness. Each school within the district has corresponding action steps that support the three major pillars in our 2025/26 Destination Success Strategic Plan.  For each pillar, school staff develop plans that are implemented, monitored, and adjusted throughout the year. 

In order to support readiness and success, a group of stakeholders including parents, community members, staff, and students collaborated to create a Graduate Profile which identifies the essential skills our Re-3J students and graduates work to master.
